Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Waad Aloqaili website or placing an order. By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Returns & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Waad Aloqaili website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the website or its services.

2. Products & Orders
  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
  • Order confirmation or acknowledgment by email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
  • Waad Aloqaili reserves the right to reject or cancel any order before shipment in the following circumstances:
    • Product unavailability.
    • Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
    • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
    • Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
    • Suspected purchases intended for resale or commercial rental without the Company’s prior approval.
  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, any eligible payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
3. Product Use

All Waad Aloqaili products are sold for personal use or gifting only.

Products may not be rented, commercially exploited, resold as new, or used in any manner that suggests affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from Waad Aloqaili without prior written consent.

The purchase of any product does not grant the customer any rights to use the Company’s trademarks, designs, images, or any other intellectual property.

In the event of a breach of this provision, Waad Aloqaili reserves the right to refuse after-sales services, decline future transactions, and take any legal action necessary to protect its rights.

4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or governmental charges that may be imposed by the destination country on international orders. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.
  • In the event of an unintended pricing or product information error, Waad Aloqaili reserves the right to cancel the order or contact the customer to confirm the correct price before processing the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Order processing times vary depending on the product and will be indicated on the product page or at the time of order confirmation.
  • Processing begins only after payment has been successfully received.
  • Customers will receive a shipment tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or destination.
  • Waad Aloqaili shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Order Cancellation
  • Customers may request to cancel an order before it has entered processing or has been shipped by contacting Waad Aloqaili Customer Service.
  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will thereafter be subject to the applicable Returns & Exchange Policy.
  • For Couture, Demi-Couture, and Made-to-Order products, cancellation is not permitted once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
  • Waad Aloqaili reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment in the circumstances set out in these Terms & Conditions. Any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment for reasons not attributable to Waad Aloqaili, the Company reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any related fees or expenses incurred before issuing any applicable refund.

8. Product Information & Images

Waad Aloqaili makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible. However, variations in display settings and electronic devices may result in slight differences in color or appearance, which shall not be considered a product defect or grounds for return or exchange.

9. Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange requests are governed by the Returns & Exchange Policy published on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, images, logos, product names, website content, and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Lamsat Zahia Trading Company, the owner of the Waad Aloqaili brand.

No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or otherwise used for any purpose without the Company’s prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Waad Aloqaili exercises reasonable care to ensure the quality of its products and the accuracy of the information published on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product giving rise to the claim. Waad Aloqaili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for delays or failures caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Force Majeure

Waad Aloqaili shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, fires, wars, strikes, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, communication failures, or any similar events.

13. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Amendments

Waad Aloqaili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website, and continued use of the website or placing orders thereafter constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
