Marina Ruy Barbosa appeared in Waad Aloqaili Couture wearing one of the defining designs of the house’s YAMAL Couture Spring/Summer 2026 collection.

The strapless floor-length gown features a straight column silhouette and a bodice constructed from hand-carved mother-of-pearl laminate, creating a luminous surface through the natural qualities of the material. Natural pearls and hand-set crystal droplets extend from the waist, introducing light and movement while maintaining the clarity of the silhouette.

The design reflects Waad Aloqaili Couture’s approach to material, light, and construction, where structure establishes presence and detail serves the integrity of the garment.
